• Competitive Pay Rates

  Hourly pay rates may vary slightly among assignments depending on what has been negotiated with the individual client.

• Shift & Weekend Differentials

  Differentials are additional pay incentives for the less popular shifts. These differentials vary by assignment.

• Specialty & Charge Differentials

  These differentials apply to RNs who have specialized skills or who assume additional charge responsibilities. Each client designates which units fall into the specialty category so designations can very by client, as does the charge differential.

• Frequent Pay - Easy Pay

  We offer pay three days a week during designated hours. Pay for one shift or several. Pay once a week or up to three times a week. 100% pay. No partial pay or guessing about tax withholding.
  
  For your convenience, you can choose to receive your pay as a pay check, debit card or direct deposit.

• Health/Life/Disability Insurance

  We offer an indemnity policy that is particularly suited to supplemental workers. The premium is rated by the hour rather than by the month. The benefits are also on a sliding scale so you don't lose your insurance if you work less. AMP pays 1/2 of your premium. This coverage also includes Life and Disability coverage. In addition it covers your dependants for no additional charge.

• Referral Bonus

  We know our best employees come from referrals. So we reward our employees who send us people who also become our employees. These bonuses are generous and based on how many hours their recruit works and the bonus increases substantially if hours are completed within a designated time period.

• 24-Hour Staff Support

  After hours service is important to our clients and employees. If you need help after office hours, weekends or holidays, you'll be in contact with a familiar voice. We take our own call and respond to our own employees and clients regardless of the time.

  In addition, if you have a problem or clinical issue while on any assignment, AMP has an RN liason who will objectively investigate and respond, providing support until the matter is resolved.

• On-Site RN Owner

  We make our own decisions about what is right for Oklahoma nurses and Oklahoma clients right here. We don't have to cater to off site, non-professional, out of state owners or corporate mandates.

• Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract or Travel Assignments

  We have a variety of needs from our broad base of clients. We can offer full time or part time, day by day or in advance assignments. In some cases we can offer gauranteed assignments to the nurse who is available for a regular full time position.

  AMP is networked with other independent staffing agencies in four states, including Hawaii, and may be able to offer you travel opportunities. If you travel through AMP, you'll be working with a local agency who can give you detailed information about your assignment as well as local support.
