Step 3 - Interview & Testing

During the interview we ask for and verify information about your clinical experience, likes, desires and expectations. We give you information about AMP, pay, benefits, and assignments and you will have your questions answered. The interview gives both agency and applicant an opportunity to determine suitability for the employer/employee relationship.

Upon completion of a satisfactory interview, AMP may make an offer of employment. This offer is conditional upon satisfactory background checks, completion of testing, meeting health and drug screen requirements.

If both parties are in agreement, you will proceed with Step 4.
Simultaneously and with your permission, we will proceed with Step 5.
