The Associate Medical Professionals office is located at 5116 N. Portland in Oklahoma City. We are two blocks south of Deaconess Hospital on the east side of the street at 51st and Portland.
From Hefner Parkway - Exit west on 50th Street to Portland. Turn north on Portland. We are the first driveway next to the 7-Eleven store.
From NW Expressway - Go south on Portland past Deaconess Hospital. Our building is on the east side next to the 7-Eleven store at 50th Street.
From NW 39th Expressway - Go north on Portland through the light at 50th and Portland. We are the first driveway next to the 7-Eleven store.
As you travel along Portland, watch for our curbside address and name sign.
We have been located at this address since 1990.

Parking is available along the south side of the building.
We are in Suite 100 behind the lattice facing Portland.
